Women in Tech is an international organization on a mission to close the gender gap and to help women embrace technology. WIT promote girls’ and women’s empowerment around the world, with a focus on Sustainable Development Goal 5b: harnessing technologies. Their Head Office is in Paris, like a Global Movement with chapters in 6 continents, counts over 200.000 members.
We are happy to share that, on 10th of May 2022, Marijana Andric as one of founders of the movement Woman in Tech Croatia, made Marand Consultants a supporter of this organization.

- Women in Tech Balkan Summit
The main purpose was to bring together leaders from the business and public worlds to discuss ways to retain female talent and empower women to advance in their careers in technology and entrepreneurship.
- The world’s largest movement for gender equality in STEM “Women in Tech” arrived in Croatia
In the premises of HUB385 by rent24, under the auspices of the Canadian Embassy in Croatia, the “Women in Tech Croatia Chapter” was officially launched, as an extended arm of the largest international non-profit organization “Women in Tech”, which gathers more than 100,000 members in the fight to overcome the gender gap and empower women in the world of high technologies.
- “Women chats” panel of the Croatian branch of Women in Tech
The main goal of the panel is to provide an opportunity for networking and connection of female entrepreneurs, as well as education and motivation for better inclusion of women in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

A team of top experts from the Croatian FinTech scene represents Money Motion.
