In collaboration with MASIT members and with the support of the Academy of Tax Advisors, we successfully conducted a meet-up. Together with key policymakers and representatives from the Ministry of Finance, our members discussed the challenges and dilemmas associated with the latest amendments to the VAT Law, which directly impact critical segments of the ICT industry. Through numerous practical examples, various discussions were opened regarding the application and feasibility of these changes, with a focus on the new taxation treatment of services and the alignment of company operations with regulations.
