SEEC leadership program welcomed participants from Macedonia2025 where our manager, Marijana Andric took part of this five-day senior leadership certificate course held June 4-8 at the Schulich Executive Education Centre. The goal of this course was to boast an interactive learning experience and initiate peer-to-peer expertise exchange among fellow business leaders from different fields. This experience was unique in so many ways and it was a very fulfilling opportunity for personal and professional advancement and networking.
The program is designed to provide Macedonian talented executives with a complete North American experience through access to some of the best executive education programs and some genuine business experience in North American companies.
The five-day senior leadership certificate course, held June 4-8 at the Executive Learning Centre, boasts an interactive learning format that includes current case examples and peer-to-peer expertise exchange. Participants developed a leadership action plan for their personal and professional advancement and improved skills in seven competency areas, including business governance, strategic planning and problem solving, innovation and change management, global business perspectives, financial planning, coaching skills, and employee productivity and engagement.
